Abstract : The intent of the present study was to examine the relationship between teacher's attitude and the 9 types of intelligences. As such, the objectives of this study were three-folded. The primary objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between multiple intelligences and attitude among the Iranian teachers teaching English in Kashan and Aran Va Bidgol education system. The second objective of the study was to explore whether one of the intelligence types or a combination of intelligences are predictors of attitude. Finally, the study aimed an investigating the effect of sex on attitude and types of intelligences. To fulfill these objectives, a 100-item attitude questionnaire and a 90-item multiple intelligences questionnaire were distributed among 120 male and female Iranians English teachers . The data gathered were analyzed descriptively utilizing central tendency measured (mean and standard deviation). Moreover, the collected data were analyzed inferentially using correlation. The results indicated that there is not a significant relationship between teachers attitude and the combination of intelligences in general and the types of intelligences in particular. however, the results revealed no significant dereferences between male and female participants regarding attitude and types of intelligences. Moreover, one types of the intelligence was diagnosed as the predictor for teachers attitude. The results of this investigation showed no significant relationship between multiple intelligences and teachers attitude in the Iranian context..
