Abstract	:	In the present study, by considering the translation of two short stories and one novel, the researcher has attempted to address the most critical problems in the translation of literary texts. Therefore, by considering the research limitations such as time different problems with high frequency have been recognized in these literary texts, their theoretical approaches to the translation studies have been conducted in detail and some logical strategies have been proposed to overcome them. Additionally, three major concepts of culture, context and discourse as problems with the highest frequency have been studied carefully in the translation of literary texts..
