Abstract	:	-4 new procedure is presented for producing smooth. epitasial. -&free Fe surfacesdirectly on Ga.4~(001)-pseudo(-lxG). Ferromagnetic resonance (FSIR) is used to char-acterize the Fe films grown on these surfaces. Reconstruction domains produce com-peting in-plane uniaxial magnetocrystalline anisotropies. Exchange averaging.
