Abstract	:	The increasing importance of ground surveillance for military and civilian applicationshas expanded the requirement of a typical radar system to include the detection ofsmall slow moving targets. In a Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) system, thedetection of moving targets is accomplished by exploiting the Doppler frequency shift.
