Abstract	:	Faced with the incredible increases in transistor density, designers are forced to modifytheir methods in order to take advantage of these new resources efficiently. Some turntowards progressive refinement, the gradual detailing of an initially abstract model.Others attempt to transplant modules from existing systems, avoiding having to rebuild asystem from scratch. This project supports the second approach: it consists of thedevelopment of a nlodular and expandable platform, composed of several modules.
