Abstract	:	This thesis applies leading-edge technologies from the computer gtaphics.computer vision and intelligent hearing fields, such as bveated wavelet imagecompression, 3D warping and head related transform tinction, to web-basedteleoperation phtfbnn design. Based on these methods, a modularized Internetteleoperation hmework is proposed for similar application &velopments in thefuture. This thesis proposes a partial solution to the problem of Limited Internetcommunication bandwidth encountered by most web-based teleoperationappiicacions. The application of this solution may make reaCtime feedback andcontrol stability possible. And sensory substitution techruque's application mayheIp to enhance this promise..
