Abstract	:	This dissertation reports the design, fabrication, and characterization of double-sided high-TC superconducfing (HTS) resonator-based RF filter. This mter operates inKF range (3-30 MHz) of electromagnetic spectrum, demonstrating the center fkquencyof about 18 MHz, and the 3 4 3 bandwidth of 5 .The main feature ofthe proposed device is the doubIe-sided stntcnrre that not onlyreduces the size of a HF filter, but also provides a much higher quality factor, Q, andextremeiy low idon loss between the input and output of the mter.
