Abstract : The objective o f this research is to develop a model that will describe theeffects of current density, oxygen and hydrogen inlet flux (conversions) and inletgases humidification level at the electrodes on membrane resistivity in a PolymerElectrolyte Fuel Cells. Gottesfeld proposed model is used. The mathematicaltools to solve the iterative process included in Gottesfeld model was Runge-Kuttafour degree. The results show membrane resistivity increase with the currentdensity. There i s an inverse relation between the oxygen conversion andmembrane resistivity. The resistivity increased with increasing hydrogen fluxthrough the membrane. It was seen the higher the anode inlet flux humidification-the lower the membrane resistivity.
