Abstract	:	This thesis explains the physical properties and electronic models of theBipolar Junction Transistor. The pn junction, DC, small signal, highfiequency, and modified high ftequency models are discussed.This thesis explores the construction and verification of a BJT simulator.Engineering and programming techniques in the construction of a simulatorore detailed. The simulator is written for a BJT in the forward active regionusing integrated circuit 2.5-micron vertical NPN process parameters. Thesimulator uses a modified high fiequency BJT model.
