Abstract	:	This thesis presents a research focused on the utilization of neuron computingtechnology to achieve an enhanced and effective methodology for the inter-cell basedmobility prediction of the mobile stations in the wireless Internet environment. ArtificialNeural Networks (ANN) is employed to model the mobility prediction.Predicting the Inter-Cell mobility for a mobile host in the wireless Internetenvironment is a very important problem in the Mobile Computing.
