Abstract	:	CMOS technology is dominant in the modem world due to its power efficiency.Therefore Mixed-Signal ICs demand analog building blocks to be designed using CMOStransistors. An operational Amplifier is one of the important analog building blocks. Theoutput stage of a CMOS Operational Amplifier presents a special problem in its designfor high output currents and rail-to-rail output voltage swings.
