Abstract	:	Viewer estimations of stand characteristics from computer-visualized stands wereexamined through two experiments to study utility of forest visualization to portray standproperties. In the first experiment, the viewers examined field videos or computer-visualized stand simulations based on a high-level-of-detail graphic tree model with a twodimensional screen.
