Abstract	:	Evolutionary PDE-based methods are widely used in image processing andcomputer vision. For many of these evolutionary PDEs, there is little or no theoryon the existence and regularity of solutions, thus there is little or no understandingon how to implement them e.ectively to produce the desired e.ects.
