Abstract	:	The inverse electroencephalogmphy (EEG) problem is defined as determining whichregions of the brain are active based on remote measurements recorded with scalp EEGelectrodes. An accurate solution to this problem would benefit both fundamental neuro-science research and clinical neuroscience applications. However, constructing accuratepatient-specific inverse EEG solutions requires complex modeling, simulation, and visu-alization algorithms, and to date only a few systems have been developed that providesuch capabilities.In this dissertation, a computational system for generating and investigating patient-specific inverse EEG solutions is introduced, and the requirements for each stage of thisInverse EEG Pipeline are defined and discussed.
