Abstract : Change management has become an imperative for organizations as theymove into the 21" century; up to 75 percent of change initiatives fail. Nuclearpower plants face the same challenges as industrial firms with the addedchallenge of deregulation. Faced with this challenge, restructuring the electricutility has raised a number of complex issues. Under traditional cost-of-serviceregulation, electric utilities were able to pass on their costs to consumers whoabsorbed them. In the new competitive environment, customers will now choosetheir suppliers based on the most competitive price.The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of congruencebetween non-supervisory and supervisory personnel regarding the perceived.
