Abstract	:	The research reported in this thesis is part of a project that is Phase I11 of a 5-phase program to develop cost-effective renewable hydrogen based off-grid powersystem for rural Nevada and the Southwest. The primary sources of power generation aretwo Photo-Voltaic Panels and Wind Turbines. When this power is excess, it generateshydrogen through electrolysis. Hydrogen acts as a medium of energy storage and is usedby a Renewable Energy Internal Combustion Engine Generator to produce power asrequired.The control software developed.
