Abstract : This work is aimed to fabricate a MEMS microfluidic system comprising of amicropurnp and a microfluidic platform. The system can be integrated into a lab-on-chip analysis system by connecting the components to the microfluidic platform. Thedesign and fabrication of a microtube which can be used to provide a leak free path foran in-plane micropump design is presented here. Parylene has been used as themicrotube material.
