Abstract : As a crucial component of the target language, Phonological Awareness maybe defined as conscious awareness of sound structure of spoken utterances. The present study aimed at investigating the effect of integration of phonological awareness and corrective feedback on Iranian EFL learners' pronunciation knowledge. Iranian EFL learners' difficulty in pronunciation on special sounds was the main problem addressed in the current investigation. The participants of the study were 30 Iranian EFL learners at beginner level selected from University of Applied-Science in Ardakan, Iran, 2014. To achieve this aim, the participants were divided into two homogenous groups, including experimental and control group. Corrective feedback was given to both groups while phonological awareness was taught to the experimental group. The design of this study was pretest-treatment-posttest. The results of the pretests and posttests showed no significant differences between the control and the experimental group. The findings showed that (a) phonological awareness did not improve learners' pronunciation knowledge, (b) students' motivation increased by learning phonetic symbols, and (c) maybe there is a relationship between the integration of phonological awareness and corrective feedback and the students' pronunciation proficiency..
