In the present epoch ,the epoch of information technology and ever-increasing development of science and technology ,translation is one of the most important and critical means of transforming science into other languages. The purpose of this research is translation of four chapters of "Images of Organization" written by Gareth Morgan. These four chapters are introduced as organization as culture ,organization as politic systems ,organization as psychic prison and organization as flux and transformation .Use of metaphors has considerable importance for describing ,explaining and introducing of social phenomena .In theories of organization and management, theorists have used different metaphors for pathology ,welfare and development of organizations. Culture metaphor of organization describes values, norms, attitudes ,rituals ,subculture ,management on the base of culture and cultural differences. Political metaphor of organization introduces power and authority ,conflicts, coalition of power systems ,political behavior in organization and codifying of political and organizational approach.Topics such as trapping workers in purposes ,political systems ,way of thinking ,making decision and even type of behavior of organization are taken into consideration by metaphor of organization as psychic prisons.In metaphor of organization as flux and transformation, according to chaos theory,transformation and emergence of organizational new types and logic of social and organizational transformation are introduced.Application of the results of this translation propounds new and modern viewpoints for managers of government and private departments and organizations .By considering the translation ,managers could find better understanding of their own organizations and also managing of organizations.Keywords: Metaphor, Management, Culture, Politics, Psychic Prison, Flux and Transformation.
