Abstract	:	This thesis investigates the effects of Dynamic Voltage Restorer in mitigating voltage fluctuationsgenerated by electric arc furnaces at the point of common couplings. This phenomenon is oftenreferred to as flicker, lamp flicker, and sometimes. voltage flicker. Flicker can cause illuminationchanges from lighting equipment.The first step to study the arc furnace is to develop an accurate model which is a good representation.
