Abstract	:	This thesis is the design and analysis of the three major sub-systems (Aerodynamic,Electromagnetics, and Control System) required for a small scale wind turbine for use in aremote location. The aerodynamics focus on the augmentation of 2D lift and drag data toapproximate rotating 3D performance curves. The FX64-137 blade was chosen, with amaximum power coefficient exceeding 26.5.
