Abstract	:	This thesis presents new algorithms to reduce sampling jitter in Fourier transform spec-trometers. Sampling jitter is caused by three main sources : the use of distinct temporalfilters in each channel of the instrument (infrared and reference), the presence of lasernoise (RIN, phase noise, etc.) and detection noise and the presence of position fluctua-tions in the scanning mechanism. We show a fast time sampling approach that usesdigital algorithms, either deterministic or statistical, in order to reduce the contribu-.
