Abstract	:	High frequency models for integrated monolithic passive devices on siliconsubstrates are developed and implemented in this thesis. Three common types of passivedevices are investigated and modeled. The devices of interest are MIM capacitors,varactor diodes, and polysilicon resistors. All of which play important roles in the design.
