Abstract	:	In this work. we present the results of our efforts in fabricating and characterizing one-sided all-thin-film single chamber solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). Pulsed laser deposition(PLD) was used jointly with photolithography to deposit and pattern ceramic thin-filmsas a replacement to the customary slurry smearing (SS) method. These techniques wereused to implement an innovative design, according to which both electrodes are placedon the same side of the electrolyte in an inter-digitated geometry with buried currentcollector..
