Abstract	:	A method to model nonuniform transmission l k networks is presented. These networkscan be composed of both nonuniform and uniform interconnects, with lossy, coupled andfrequency dependent properties. The resulting model can be used in general circuit simu-lators such as SPICE and used for fkeqwncy or time domain simulation. The method seg-ments the nonuniform transmission lines into uniform transmission lines that are modelledusing a high order Pade approximation resulting in an accurate passive network which canthen be reduced using a Krylov space model reduction technique without significant lossof accuracy..
