Abstract	:	The chemicals that are added in small amounts to protect the steamgenerators of CANDU nuclear generating plants migrate into the restricted areasof steam generators where they concentrate sufficiently to become aggressiveand attack the steam generator materials.A two-dimensional model was developed to describe the processes.
