Abstract	:	Economists often assume that agents behave with perfect rationality. This assumptionrequires that people, on an everyday basis, correctly solve problems so complex as todefy mathematical solution (e.g. planning lifetime consumption, labor supply and savingin an environment with multiple goods under uncertainty; strategic behavior by multiplefirms).
