Abstract	:	Two temperature compensated current mirrors were analyzed and simulated. Thetemperature compensated cascode current mirror showed about 1 variation of outputcurrent over the temperature range of -50پ‍-C to 150پ‍-C. The main contribution of thisthesis was the development of the Widlar compensated current mirror. Simulationsshowed that the output current varied about 0.25 over the temperature range of -50پ‍-C to1 50پ‍-C.The two temperature compensated current mirrors were used in the biasingscheme of the 741 op amp. The use of these current mirrors significantly reduced thetemperature variation of the biasing currents in the op amp.
