Abstract	:	The current version of Transport Control Protocol (TCP) does not meet the highdemands of the exponentially growing Internet. The packet loss is one of the majorlimiting factors on the performance and the quality of services over Internet (especiallyfor multimedia applications). Also, other improved versions of TCP (Vegas) cannotbe deployed in the heterogeneous environment of current Internet. In this paper wepropose a new protocol which not only enhances the network performance, but alsois deployable in the large scale networks.
