Abstract	:	I chose Central New York Resource Conservation and Development Project, Inc.(CNY RCaD) as my pnclicum experience for my Empire State College Master of Arts inLiberal Shrdbs (MALS) final project I have bean employed at CNY RC&O as theBiomass Field Representative on the Willow Biomass Project since November 1996. 1enrolled in the Empire State College MALS program in the spring 88meSfer of 1999. Mywork experknco and academic activitb haw complemented each other throughout myMALS program. Evaluating and reflecting on the knowledge and understandingdeveloped through both of these expewiences together will bring greater depth and valueto each of them. This paper will reflect upon my expemncem during my Pmcticum.
