Abstract	:	Structural changes that occur during electrochemical cycling of lithium-ionbattery cathode materials have been investigated using in situ spectroscopic techniques.A new method was developed for the preparation of carbon and binder freecathodes utilizing powder materials of interest for commercial batteries.
