Abstract : Virtual worlds may be inhabited by intelligent agents who interact by performingvarious simple and complex actions. If the agents are human-like (embodied), theiractions may be generated h m motion capture or procedud animation. In this thesis, weintroduce the CaPAR interactive aystem which combines both these approaches to generateagent-size neutral representations of actions within a framework c d d ParameterizedAction Representation (PAR).
