Abstract	:	A novel concept has been determined for broadband nondestructive material electricalparameters measurements using readily made dual coaxial probes. Electrical parameters ofmaterials are not readily available over broad bandwidths for input into analytical models formicro wave circuits and antennas. Typical applications can require electrical parameters overbandwidths of multiple octaves. Electrical parameters consist of complex permittivity andcomplex permeability which cause attenuation via the materials used and the thicknessesinvolved. A method is required that allows accurate measurements to be made without havingto destroy potentially costly and limited availability materials in a simplistic manner.
