Abstract	:	This paper presents a high performance operational amplifier (op amp) that achieves lowoffset voltage using the ping-pong architecture in partially-depleted (PD) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) CMOS technology. An op amp's offset voltage is a critical performancespecification. particularly in precision analog applications. The ping-pong architectureprovides an offset auto-canceling technique that is compatible with continuous-timesignal processing.Analog design issues in SO1 technology are discussed.
