Abstract	:	High-voltage transistors in SO1 that coexist with traditional low-voltagetransistors enable the development of mixed-voltage (high-voltage and low-voltage)systems-on-a-chip. The parasitic back-channel transistor. however, is a critical issue inthese mixed-voltage single-chip systems. There is a parasitic back-channel transistor forevery MOSFET on the SO1 chip.
