Abstract : Digital signal processing applications rely on high speed high precision data conver-sion systems. A time-interleaved analog to digital converter (ADC) achieves highsampling rate by multiplexing a bank of slow ADCs operating in parallel. However,time and gain mismatches among the slow ADCs can degrade significantly the per-formance of the overall converter. To overcome this problem, the mismatches can befirst estimated and then corrected by applying digital filters to the sample sequencesproduced by the slow ADCs.
