Abstract	:	Charge transport dynamics through single silver nanoclusters wereinvestigated. Silver nanoclusters were in-situ formed within electromigrationinduced nanogap junctions efficiently forming semiconducting electrodes formolecular electronic devices. Formed silver nanoclusters within the junction showstrong multicolored single molecule electroluminescence (EL) at roomtemperature under DC, AC, and customized pulse train excitation.
