Abstract	:	A whistler wave in a cavity filled with a magnetoplasma is strongly effected whenthe magnetoplasma is switched-off. The collapse of the magnetoplasma can be due to theswitching-off the ionization source or due to the switching-odd the source of thebackground quasistatic magnetic field. In the former case the whistler wave is convertedto a power-intensified higher frequency wave (with an order of magnitude upshift of thefrequency). In the later case the whistler wave is converted to a wiggler magnetic field..
