Abstract	:	The purpose of this work is to develop a code for securing the data that is transmitted in aheterogeneous network. .NET framework is the platform on which XML messages areserialized. There are already several ways to secure the data using SOAP but SOAP itselfcould not be used for security. Serialization can be done in two ways binary and XML.
