Abstract	:	With the advent of sensor units that are powered by micro cells , providingcommunication and coordination between these units has become an issue of paramountimportance.There are various constraints that require to be taken into account whiledeveloping protocols for this system.The major issues that require to be addressed are:1.The Power criterion2.Network parameters like throughput , pause-time , routing overhead3.ArchitectureIt would always be simple if the 7 layer OSI architecture could be actually broken downto a simple and less elaborate structure by developing cross layer algorithms withoptimization of the network parameters. Moreover the various security issues concerned.
