Abstract	:	Low Power RF design is important for portable wireless communication systems. Lownoise amplifiers and power amplifiers are two important components in such systems.The low noise amplifier is at the input to the receiver and sets the overall systemsensitivity, and the power amplifier is at the end of the transmitter chain and provides thepower to communicate between base station and mobile stationAn optimization for two-stage low noise amplifier is presented. This approach allowsgetting minimal power dissipation.
