Abstract	:	Judgment-based decision-making is diverse and enigmatic. I t cannotentirely be expressed using mathematics, a priori probabilities, data orrules. It is therefore difficult and expensive, if not impossible, toencode such expertise. The Adaptive Dynamic Personal-ModelingEnvironment (ADPME) designed and tested in this thesis is a decisionaide which enables a judgment-based decision-maker to create a low-resolution model of his intangible knowledge, The ADPME constructs.
