Abstract	:	Paths in a circuit are composed of gates and wire segments connectingthose gates. The delay of a path is the sum of the individual wire and gatedelays along that path. Paths share similar segments within a circuit. Undercertain assumptions the delay of a path can be calculated by properly adding andsubtracting the delays of properly selected paths.
