Abstract	:	The objective of this research work is to design and implement control algorithms forsmart fin of a projectile, which is currently under development in the Army ResearchLaboratory (ARL). The smart fin is used to maneuver small aerial vehicles by controllingthe rotation angle of the fin. The fin is activated by a composite laminated plate that hastwo active piezoelectric.
