Abstract	:	We examined a software conطgurable modulator with the potential to generatediض‍erent modulation schemes. The modulator uses a \digital" approach unlike the\mixing" or \multiplying" approach used by conventional analog modulators. Thedigital approach uses the phasor combining technique to generate the modulatedsignal constellation. The phasor combing method is essentially to weigh and sum.
