Abstract	:	This dissertation study focuses on the development of a technique for modeldynamic system detection and state estimation of maneuverable targets in radar trackingapplications. The new technique incorporates the Expectation and Maximizationalgorithm with that of the Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) estimator.
