Abstract	:	Crosstalk and other signal integrity related problem are referred as "Black Magic" inthe high-speed electronics community. It started as a problem in W and high-speeddigital systems and became a serious concern in IC (Integrated Circuit) industry. With therapid advancement in silicon process technology, gate-count in a single IC doubles inevery two to three years and the clock speed of a digital IC has reached traditionalmicrowave range (3Ghz). Tens of millions of gates and billions of interconnects packedinside a small silicon chip running at such frequency would certainly raise a concern.
