Abstract	:	Resonance Raman spectroscopy was used in correlation with absorption andluminescence spectroscopy to study the ultrafast (-1 00 fs) electron injection from dyemolecules into colloidal suspensions of Ti02 nanoparticles. Cis-Ru(4,4'-dicarboxy-2,2'-bi~yridine)~(NCS)~ , commonly referred to as "N3," is the sensitizer molecule of choice.
